Whats Up now ?
I need to introduce myself as I find myself now: I’m a cook, more than a Chef at this point in my life. After more than 10 years of owning a bunch of restaurants in South America, I moved for love to Germany.
Here, my wife, I, and our kids are really tasting the best path as a family. We love Germany and after some years in Berlin, now the destiny gave us a great and fun surprise. By moving our reality to the Ruhrgebiet, a very prosperous and happy part of the country, we found a blank page to write our next years of a positive and flavored lifestyle. This page and my social media have the share point of the best food, art, life, and love as a clear target. I’ll Love to show you my very best creations, trips, and ideas through them. Hope to meet you soon, as a chef, as a friend, or even a virtual character, don’t matter how the message is loud and clear: we can cook some life together.

My passion is art. In the kitchen, I combine the colors of Latin America and the technics and precision of my formation in Europe. Painting or modeling with life mud, I can create the best scenario for enjoying the ethereal flavors.
I need to travel! Hope and Road are flowing in my veins. My wife and I, are constantly looking for the vibration of world experiences, by traveling the world and tasting the best of each corner, from street food, to family restaurants, or Michelin stars Chefs, doesn’t matter, I love to meet and eat the unheard-of world flavors.
I take care of my family now, after selling my last restaurant in Brazil and can share a lot about our choices of ingredients, respecting freshness, and seasons simply feeding the hungry “us” at home. Tips are constantly flowing through Instagram or Facebook.
